About
I belong to several library, information, and documentation networks to liberate information access and knowledge for all people, like:
I created in 2003 a Spanish speaking worldwide library and information science mailing list named "Libraries, Information and Society (Lib-Info-Soc)" which now has over 600 members and the same group for English speaking worldwide librarians and akin colleagues in 2004 and now is over 100 people, you can see both here: English: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lib-info-society/ Spanish: http://mx.groups.yahoo.com/group/biblio-info-sociedad/ but I also belong to other networks towards liberation of information from neoliberal privateering such as:
member of the international Copy/South Research Group http://www.copysouth.org http://eprints.rclis.org/archive/00006278/
member of the International Network in Defence of Knowledge and Culture for All http://www.porlacultura.org/index.php
